Great food, had the mint lamb pie as the steak and ale ones were cooking . How lucky was I. Pie full of big tender chunks.

Great pub in Llanelli. We have some pretty awkward dietary requirements due to food intolerances and the staff were really attentive to this.

Visited during a school holiday, the place was quiet (so can't say what it'd be like full) but the food was cooked fresh, great portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Everyone in the family had something they wanted (and enjoyed!) and it's just a shame we couldn't finish it all - though we were very happily given the leftovers to take away. Definitely would recommend and come back when we can!

We had a lunch on a wet Tuesday, although there were a few people there it was fairly quiet. I understood why when our food was brought to us. The food was delicious and I couldn't speak, I had to just enjoy the flavours and it was cooked to perfection. I had minty lamb chops and jam sponge and custard. Heavenly.

A Bank Holiday weekend means it should be time to relax and enjoy. This worked a treat. I managed the perfect trio. My dog, nice cold beer and good music (oh yes, it was a lovely sunny evening too).
